Jhané Simmons, Instructional Faculty

Jhané Simmons is an experienced instructional leader with a passion for helping teachers and young learners thrive. With over eight years in early childhood and elementary education, she brings deep expertise in literacy, coaching, and equity-centered instruction.

She has served as Assistant School Leader of Instruction, Instructional Coach, Reading Interventionist, Lead Teacher, and Grade Level Chair. Currently, with Teach St. Louis, she supports aspiring educators as Senior Instructional Faculty by guiding their development through observation, mentorship, facilitating coursework, and instructional coaching.

Certified in various instructional and curricular programs, she keeps educational growth and development at the forefront of her priorities. Jhané is known for her relational approach, her ability to build trust and collaboration, and her unwavering belief in the potential of both students and educators.
