Kelsey Jones, Instructional Faculty
Kelsey is an Instructional Faculty member for Teach St. Louis. Prior to joining the team, Kelsey spent five years as a 7th grade ELA teacher and Head Cheer Coach at North Side Community School in St. Louis, where she also served as a mentor teacher for Teach St. Louis. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Kelsey brings 15 years of experience in education with a focus on ELA curriculum design, differentiated instruction, and classroom management and behavioral expectations. She is passionate about supporting teachers in buildings the skills and confidence they need to create impactful learning experiences for their students.
A California girl at heart, Kelsey has proudly called St. Louis home for nearly a decade. In her free time, she enjoys herbalism, gaming, curling up with her cats and a good book, and exploring the city with her husband and their very opinionated Husky.
