Maggie Davolos, Director of Talent

Maggie is the Director of Talent for Teach St. Louis. In this role, she is responsible for the recruitment and selection of program participants. She loves getting to know each and every teacher and supporting their journey in the classroom. Maggie started her career working in education nonprofits and school networks in New York City. Prior to her work with Teach St. Louis, Maggie worked for TNTP supporting teacher recruitment in the Southwest. Maggie holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from New York University and completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri - Columbia.

Now back in the midwest, Maggie is happy to finally call St. Louis home. In her free time, she loves spending time outside and exploring the beautiful outdoor spaces Missouri has to offer.
