Stephanie Raabe, Manager of Operations

Stephanie is the Manager of Operations for Teach St. Louis. In this role, she works to identify gaps and implement policies and systems in the areas of human resources, finance, and program management. She moved from Northern Illinois to the Greater St. Louis area to attend SIUe where she earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Management. She began her career in event management and then made her way into education non-profit work in 2018. Stephanie finds deep purpose in operations as it allows her to support a team working to ensure that students in St. Louis have access to effective, culturally responsive and sustaining educators.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, exploring the ins and outs of the city she feels lucky to call home, St. Louis.
